About the Opportunity
Our client, a post-secondary institution is seeking an experienced Bilingual Change Management Consultant to support a series of defined initiatives in preparation for an upcoming accreditation process. This engagement is focused on helping faculty members, staff, learners, and other stakeholders understand and confidently communicate the impact of improvements already delivered across the organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at both the strategic and tactical levels. Youll have access to internal resources who can provide institutional context and stakeholder connections, while independently owning the change management work from strategy through execution.

Your Responsibilities
Youll independently lead and execute change management activities from planning through delivery and measurement
Youll engage stakeholders to understand needs, impacts, opportunities, and readiness for change
Youll develop practical change management strategies, implementation plans, surveys, and assessments
Youll design and execute stakeholder engagement activities across diverse internal audiences
Youll personally create communications, presentations, training materials, surveys, and other change artifacts
Youll partner with senior leaders to shape strategy while translating that strategy into actionable deliverables
Youll measure adoption and help stakeholders confidently articulate the impact of completed improvements
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of progressive change management experience, ideally within complex, stakeholder-rich environments
Full professional fluency in English and French, with advanced written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Demonstrated experience independently leading end-to-end change management engagements
Strong hands-on capability developing communications, presentations, surveys, assessments, training materials, and engagement activities
Proven ability to engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups with confidence and credibility
Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and detailed execution without relying on a broader change team
Experience supporting accreditation, healthcare, academic, or similarly complex organizational initiatives is considered an asset
