How you will make an impact: Partner with Staffing on recruitment and workforce needs across the business. Collaborate with leaders on performance management and improvement initiatives. Support HR policy integration during acquisitions and organizational changes. Partner with management to resolve employee relations matters. Align employees with organizational goals, values, and vision. Identify and deliver training and development programs. Act as a key HR resource for employees and management on policies and procedures. You bring: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with several years in an HR Manager-level role preferred. Strong expertise in performance management and employee relations. Solid knowledge of labour and employment legislation. Experience in a unionized environment is an asset Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple provinces. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. Engaging, approachable, and collaborative leadership style. Demonstrated career stability and a consistent employment history. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Workday experience is an asset.
