The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Finance professionals for a fully remote project where you will apply your financial expertise, analytical skills, and professional judgment to specialized work supporting the training and improvement of AI systems.

This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with strong industry or academic backgrounds who are interested in applying their expertise to emerging technology while maintaining a flexible schedule.

The initial contract is 4 weeks, with the potential for ongoing project opportunities. Candidates must be able to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week, with work completed flexibly throughout the week based on individual availability and project requirements.

What You'll Do

Depending on your background and area of specialization, you may:

• Apply financial expertise and professional judgment to help train and improve AI systems

• Review and evaluate financial problems, analyses, and explanations

• Analyze financial statements, models, calculations, investment scenarios, and business cases

• Assess financial information for accuracy, logic, relevance, and completeness

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, or flawed financial reasoning

• Work through quantitative and financial problems

• Evaluate different approaches to financial analysis and decision-making

• Develop clear, well-reasoned explanations of financial concepts and solutions

• Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards

• Complete work independently while managing your own schedule

• Experience interpreting financial statements, financial data, models, or investment information

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

• The ability to evaluate complex financial information and identify errors or weaknesses in reasoning

• Excellent written communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of how human expertise and feedback can be used to train and improve AI systems

• Comfort learning and navigating new technologies and digital platforms

• Comfort working in a remote, self-directed environment

• The ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week

Professional designations or advanced credentials such as a CFA, MBA, Master's degree, actuarial designation, or other relevant finance qualification are considered an asset.
