Your Responsibilities
You'll oversee the full project management lifecycle for multiple concurrent, complex projects, from initiation through successful completion
You'll manage project budgets exceeding $3 million, ensuring deliverables remain on scope, on schedule, and within budget
You'll develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk registers, and executive reporting documentation
You'll collaborate with Program leadership and fellow Project Managers to coordinate dependencies across interconnected initiatives
You'll engage stakeholders at all levels, using strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to build alignment and drive successful outcomes
You'll prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, progress updates, and project communications to sponsors and senior leadership
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing large, complex enterprise projects with multiple concurrent workstreams
PMP designation or Master's Certificate in Project Management is required
Expert knowledge of formal project management methodologies, governance, documentation, and delivery practices
Experience managing interdependent projects within large technology programs, preferably in healthcare IT environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and Epic systems is considered a strong asset
Experience using Smartsheet Project Management Software is an asset, along with exceptional leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
