Your Responsibilities
You'll review and validate system-generated invoices to ensure billing information is accurate and aligned with service agreements
You'll use Microsoft Excel to analyze billing data, identify discrepancies, and support invoice processing
You'll respond to billing inquiries and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
You'll assist with billing reports, payables support, and other administrative tasks as needed
You'll manage repetitive, high-volume work while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Skills and Qualifications
Recent graduate of a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related post-secondary program, or 1 to 2 years of administrative, billing, transportation, or accounts experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a repetitive, high-volume environment
Fast learner with excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous transportation or logistics experience is considered an asset
