This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of technical and operational aspects to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals. Responsibilities: Functional Leadership Solution Design & Configuration Testing Leadership Integrations & Cross-Functional Coordination Deployment & Hypercare Successful candidates will have: 8+ years of Workday functional experience with expertise in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. Deep functional knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, with the ability to advise on best practices, process optimization, and scalable solution design. Experience supporting Workday workstreams within large-scale ERP, business transformation, or system harmonization initiatives. Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities across complex, cross-functional programs. Experience assessing the impact of upstream and downstream systems, integrations, and business processes within a broader enterprise landscape.
