Lead a portfolio supported by: 2 Project Managers 2 Business Analysts 1 Organizational Change Manager Responsibilities: SCADA Upgrades ADMS Updgrades DERMS Upgrades Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, operations teams, engineering groups, cyber security, and technology partners. Manage program roadmap, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, and executive communications. Requirements: 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience. Significant experience delivering Operational Technology (OT) programs within utilities, energy, power generation, transmission, or distribution environments. Proven experience managing large, multi-stream portfolios with several project managers and business resources reporting into the program. Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and external system integrators.
