Oracle Fusion HCM Integration Developer | Build Enterprise Identity Automation with Entra ID & Active Directory Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Integration Developer in the mining industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking a senior Integration Developer to lead the design and implementation of a critical onboarding and offboarding integration between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory. This project will support a major ERP transformation initiative by automating identity lifecycle management using SCIM provisioning, PowerShell automation, and Azure integration technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-visibility enterprise project with direct impact on user provisioning, security, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Design end-to-end integration architecture between Oracle Fusion HCM and Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory Build transformation processes to convert Oracle HCM delta data into SCIM-compliant payloads Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, or similar technologies Configure and validate identity provisioning workflows within Entra ID and Active Directory Implement and support delta synchronization using Oracle ATOM Feed APIs Update hybrid identity synchronization mappings and provisioning configurations as required Requirements: Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory, and identity lifecycle management Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation development experience Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with identity and access management platforms Hands-on experience designing and implementing SCIM 2.0 provisioning solutions Experience building data transformation and synchronization processes for HR or enterprise systems What's in it for you: $80.00 - $85.00 hourly Support a major Oracle Fusion ERP deployment initiative Work primarily remotely with limited onsite requirements Gain exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments Collaborate with enterprise applications, IAM, and cloud teams Soft skills: Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners Collaborate successfully across ERP, IAM, infrastructure, and cloud teams Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills when resolving integration challenges This posting is for an active opening.
