Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Material Handlers in the Distribution Industry in Mississauga, Ontario. Total rewards: $18.07 hourly Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay. Monday to Thursday 6am - 430pm A typical day: Sort, warehouse, stage, and load/unload cartons in an accurate, safe, and efficient manner. Unload inbound freight/load outbound freight Complete all paperwork for any warehousing or replenishment activity in an accurate and neat manner Separate and load freight on unpacking lines Stage outbound freight in shipping Receive and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations Pull merchandise from racks or move merchandise to open areas for pulling and distribution in replenishment department Replenish and condense merchandise into most effective locations for order pulling in replenishment department Operate manual and/or mechanical equipment in a safe and effective manner and maintain proper certifications Requirements: Reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the job Ability to continuously stand, walk and balance. Frequently Handling, gripping, overhead reaching and neck movement. Occasionally carrying, lifting and lowering up to 46lbs. Occasionally pushing and pulling up to 20lbs Three months previous Distribution Center experience or equivalent experience Must be adaptable to change by working within different departments Ability to perform basic math skills accurately including addition, subtraction, and multiplication Must be able to fill out paperwork and forms neatly and accurately This posting is for an active opening.
