Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Writer in the Medical Device in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create technical content that helps ensure critical medical device information is communicated accurately and effectively.
A typical day:
Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation for medical device products and processes.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, quality professionals, and regulatory teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
Review and revise existing documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with current processes.
Create and maintain procedures, work instructions, specifications, product documentation, and supporting technical materials.
Ensure documentation complies with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to document management and technical communications.
Successful candidates will have:
2-5 years of technical writing experience, preferably within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to write and edit technical documentation for diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of document control processes and version management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with document management systems is considered an asset.
Strong proofreading, editing, and quality review skills.
Total rewards:
$43.00 - $49.00 hourly
