Join our team as a Bakery Production Team Member and help create high-quality bakery products in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role involves mixing and preparing ingredients, operating bakery equipment, baking and packaging products, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and food safety. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with food production experience who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. Total rewards: $17.00 hourly Career growth opportunities within the company Benefits after 3 month probation period Full time hours Responsibilities: Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules Operate commercial bakery equipment, including mixers and ovens Mix, shape, pan, and prepare dough and bakery products Bake products while monitoring quality, temperatures, and timing Package finished products accurately and efficiently Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and product standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment Follow food safety procedures and assist with general production duties as needed Successful candidates will have: Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial food production facility Food Handler Certification, Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices, Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles Strong math skills and ability to measure ingredients accurately Comfortable working in a warm production environment Able to lift 55lbs, stand, walk, bend, reach, carry, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Willingness to assist with all aspects of bakery production, including cleaning and sanitation Ability to work shifts that may begin as early as 5:00 a.m. and may finish as late as 10:00 p.m. Reliable transportation This posting is for an active opening.
