Your Responsibilities
Youll organize and maintain records, ensuring accurate classification and alignment with corporate retention schedules.
Youll monitor document lifecycles, including retention, archiving, and disposal processes.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure records are captured accurately and remain accessible.
Youll support audits and information requests by retrieving documentation in a timely, organized manner.
Youll identify opportunities to improve records management processes and increase efficiency.
Youll maintain electronic and physical records using document management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in records management, document control, or administrative support.
Familiarity with records retention policies, filing systems, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
