Une organisation du secteur de la gestion immobilière est à la recherche d’un(e) préposé(e) à l’entretien d’immeuble afin de contribuer à une expérience résidentielle exceptionnelle. Ce rôle clé vise à maintenir des espaces sécuritaires, propres et accueillants au sein d’une communauté résidentielle moderne.

En collaboration avec l’équipe des opérations, vous serez une présence essentielle sur place et veillerez au bon fonctionnement des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. Votre travail aura un impact direct sur la satisfaction des résidents et la qualité de leur environnement de vie.

Vos responsabilités
• Vous effectuerez des réparations de plomberie, notamment sur les robinets, tuyaux, toilettes, chauffe-eau, lave-vaisselle et appareils connexes
• Vous réaliserez des travaux électriques courants sur les interrupteurs, prises, luminaires, ventilateurs, systèmes de contrôle climatique et ouvre-portes de garage
• Vous assurerez la réparation, le remplacement ou l’installation d’appareils électroménagers
• Vous maintiendrez la propreté des espaces communs, incluant les halls, salles d’entraînement et espaces récréatifs
• Vous inspecterez quotidiennement les locaux mécaniques, les travaux des fournisseurs et les logements vacants
• Vous répondrez aux demandes d’entretien des résidents avec professionnalisme et selon leur niveau d’urgence
• Vous organiserez et suivrez les demandes de service afin d’assurer leur résolution dans les meilleurs délais

Compétences et qualifications
• 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en entretien d’immeuble, en gestion immobilière ou dans un rôle similaire
• Diplôme d’études secondaires ainsi que des certifications WHMIS, SIMDUT, SST et premiers soins
• Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en communication
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
• Capacité physique à soulever jusqu’à 50 lb et à effectuer des tâches répétitives
• Aisance avec les outils numériques, les appareils mobiles et les applications
• Disponibilité flexible, incluant les soirs, les fins de semaine et une rotation de garde sur appel

About the Opportunity
An organization in the property management sector is seeking a dedicated Building Attendant to help create a safe, welcoming, and high-quality residential experience. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining clean, functional spaces and supporting the day-to-day needs of a modern residential community.

Working closely with the Building Operations team, you’ll be a key on-site presence, helping ensure interior and exterior areas are well maintained and operating efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to resident satisfaction and the overall quality of the living environment.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll complete plumbing repairs involving faucets, pipes, toilets, hot water tanks, dishwashers, washing machines, and related fixtures
• You’ll handle routine electrical work involving switches, outlets, lighting, ceiling fans, climate control systems, and garage door openers
• You’ll repair, replace, or install major household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and air conditioners
• You’ll maintain clean and welcoming shared spaces, including lobbies, fitness rooms, and recreational areas
• You’ll conduct daily inspections of mechanical rooms, vendor work, and vacant suites before new residents move in
• You’ll respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally, prioritizing work based on urgency
• You’ll organize and track service requests to ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and on time

Skills and Qualifications
• 2 to 5 years of experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a similar hands-on role
• High school diploma with WHMIS, OHSA, and First Aid certifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable using mobile devices, digital tools, and applications
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and participation in an on-call rotation
