Your Responsibilities
Youll provide administrative and reception support, responding to general inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Youll conduct accurate record searches and create or update records using CPIN, FastTrack and legacy systems.
Youll prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, schedules, meeting minutes and statistical records.
Youll support team operations by coordinating rooms, supplies, mail, scanning, forms and schedules.
Youll provide basic support to staff using computer, technology and virtual meeting applications.
Youll handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment.
Youll step in to support other administrative and reception functions as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
12+ years of recent administrative or reception experience with hands-on administrative responsibilities.
Secondary School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, computer applications and video meeting platforms.
Excellent organization, customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Ability to remain professional, patient and composed in a fast-paced environment involving sensitive situations.
Experience with a Childrens Aid Society, CPIN, FastTrack or similar child and family services systems is a strong asset.
