Launch Your Manufacturing Career as a Component Attach Operator in a Precision-Driven Production Environment Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Component Attach Operator in the Manufacturing & Electronics Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Join a dynamic production team where attention to detail and consistency drive success. As a Component Attach Operator, you will operate automated and semi-automated equipment to support the assembly and testing of high-quality products. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to continuous improvement in a structured manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Operate automatic and semi-automatic production equipment Perform repetitive testing to support fault identification Inspect and document product quality according to procedures Identify and escalate production or process issues Support inventory control and maintain accurate stock levels Execute computer transactions using production software systems Assist engineering with root cause analysis and corrective actions Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards Successful candidates will have: High School Diploma, minimum Demonstrate experience in a manufacturing or production environment Operate automated or semi-automated equipment with confidence Apply strong attention to detail in inspection and testing tasks Interpret process sheets, procedures, and work instructions Utilize computer systems such as Excel or production tracking tools Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional teams Manage repetitive tasks in a structured, fast-paced environment Total compensation: $19.00 hourly Consistent Monday - Friday schedule from 8 am - 4 pm Gain hands-on experience with automated production equipment Develop technical skills in electronics manufacturing and testing Work in a safety-focused and quality-driven environment Access opportunities for cross-training and skill development Collaborate with engineering and production teams Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Build long-term career opportunities in manufacturing Soft skills: Strong communication This posting is for an active opening.
