Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Business Development Representative in the Industrial Equipment / Water & Wastewater Infrastructure / Technical Sales in , British Columbia.
Join a growing technical sales team focused on industrial process and rotating equipment across Western Canada. This remote Lower Mainland-based role combines new business development with the management of established customer relationships. Working with engineers, municipalities, industrial end users, and consulting firms, you will drive sales growth, deliver technical solutions, and build long-term partnerships across a diverse territory.
Total rewards:
$75000.00 annually
Earn a competitive base salary of approximately $75,000 with flexibility for stronger candidates
Receive 10% commission on gross profit generated
Achieve total compensation potential of 1.5 to 1.75 times base salary over time
Work remotely while covering a well-established territory
Manage an existing customer base while developing new opportunities
Represent respected industrial and process equipment product lines

Duties:
Develop new business opportunities across industrial, municipal, and engineering markets
Manage key customer accounts and strengthen long-term relationships
Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Deliver technical presentations both in person and virtually
Support customers with product selection and technical solutions
Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and customer records within CRM systems
Participate in industry associations, conferences, and trade shows
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational and customer service challenges
Requirements:
Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience
Possess experience selling engineered products within industrial or infrastructure markets
Build strong relationships with engineers, consultants, utilities, and end users
Maintain a proven track record of developing new accounts and growing revenue
Use CRM platforms and business software effectively for reporting and account management
Apply strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Display excellent time management, organisation, and strategic thinking abilities
Be willing to travel throughout British Columbia and Western Canada with approximately 30% travel requirements
