In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, finance, quality assurance, and technology to ensure key enterprise applications remain secure, compliant, and aligned with evolving business priorities. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the operational stability, performance, and ongoing support of IBM iSeries, AS/400, MBA, SOAD, and related business applications.
• You'll oversee manufacturer onboarding initiatives, coordinating integrations, testing, business readiness, and production deployments across multiple stakeholders.
• You'll manage application roadmaps, backlog prioritization, capacity planning, release management, and technical debt reduction.
• You'll ensure compliance with IT General Controls, SOX requirements, access governance, vulnerability management, and audit readiness.
• You'll provide leadership during production incidents, drive root cause resolution, and implement continuous service improvements.
• You'll manage a team of IT professionals and vendor partners while fostering collaboration, accountability, and employee development.
• You'll work closely with business leaders to align application strategy with organizational goals and service delivery objectives.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting AS/400 systems, application development, ERP solutions, or pharmaceutical distribution platforms.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, enterprise warehousing, invoicing, or financial systems.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, systems implementation, workflow optimization, and service management.
• Solid understanding of IT General Controls, SOX compliance, incident, problem, and change management practices.
• Demonstrated project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Mandatory bilingual communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken.

À propos de l’opportunité
Nous recrutons un(e) Gestionnaire, Applications d’entreprise pour se joindre à une importante organisation du secteur de la distribution pharmaceutique. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la stabilité, l’évolution et la modernisation d’applications essentielles aux opérations de distribution, notamment dans un environnement IBM iSeries/AS400.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des opérations, finances, chaîne d’approvisionnement, assurance qualité et TI, ainsi qu’avec différents fournisseurs. Votre rôle combinera leadership d’équipe, gestion des opérations applicatives, gouvernance et amélioration continue.

Vos responsabilités
• Vous superviserez un portefeuille d’applications d’entreprise comprenant des plateformes IBM iSeries/AS400, des applications développées sur mesure et différentes intégrations.
• Vous assurerez la stabilité des environnements de production et dirigerez la gestion des incidents, problèmes et changements, incluant les incidents critiques P1/P2.
• Vous dirigerez et accompagnerez une équipe de professionnels TI tout en assurant la planification de la capacité et la priorisation du backlog.
• Vous veillerez au respect des contrôles ITGC et de la conformité SOX, notamment en matière de gestion des changements, d’accès, de séparation des tâches et d’audits.
• Vous collaborerez avec les équipes d’affaires et TI afin de soutenir les intégrations, les mises en production et les initiatives de modernisation.
• Vous contribuerez à la stratégie applicative, à la feuille de route, à la gestion des fournisseurs et à la réduction de la dette technique.

Compétences et qualifications
• 5+ années d’expérience en gestion ou soutien d’applications d’entreprise, idéalement avec IBM i/AS400
• 3+ années d’expérience en gestion de personnel, incluant coaching, gestion de la performance et développement d’équipe
• Expérience avec des applications ERP, distribution, entreposage, gestion des commandes, facturation ou chaîne d’approvisionnement
• Solide expérience en soutien de production et en gestion des incidents, problèmes et changements, idéalement selon les pratiques ITIL
• Connaissance des contrôles ITGC, de la conformité SOX, des audits et de la gouvernance des accès
• Expérience en modernisation applicative, gestion de backlog, fournisseurs et planification de feuilles de route
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication, collaboration, organisation et résolution de problèmes
