Your Responsibilities
You'll provide administrative support to the President, helping manage daily priorities and executive operations.
You'll support Board governance activities by preparing packages, correspondence, and administrative documentation for Board members.
You'll maintain confidential files, ensuring documentation remains current and organized.
You'll coordinate Board meeting logistics.
You'll assist with executive scheduling, proofreading, document preparation, and professional written communications.
You'll support day-to-day office operations.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of progressive administrative within the nonprofit sector
Exceptional written communication, proofreading, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
