About the role

As a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex, and specialized roles. You will partner with senior leaders and executives from intake, through advising on hiring decisions, ensuring the best talent selection for their team.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Progressive recruiter experience, leading initiatives and building recruitment strategies
  • The ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience innovatively sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Experience in behavioural interviewing techniques and advising on hiring decisions
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset
