Equinix's Digital Innovation Office is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Data Cloud & Marketing Technology to own the Salesforce Data Cloud platform and its integration across Sales Cloud, Pardot / MCAE, Agentforce, and the BAU-to-LTC org cutover.  Data Cloud is the foundation of this role. You will also be a key technical contributor to the BAU-to-LTC org cutover — migrating Data Cloud pipelines, Sales Cloud data architecture, and integrated marketing applications from the current Salesforce instance to LTC, and implementing Pardot / MCAE net-new in the LTC org. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role — you will architect solutions and build them.  Key Responsibilities  Lead the BAU-to-LTC Data Cloud migration — audit existing Data Streams, DMO schemas, Identity Resolution rulesets, and Activation Targets in the current org; rebuild, revalidate, and cut over to the new LTC Salesforce instance.  Support Pardot / MCAE platform engineering in LTC — implementing Pardot net-new in the LTC org including engagement programs, lead scoring and grading models, dynamic lists, form handlers, landing pages, tracker domain configuration, and Salesforce connector sync.  Design and deploy Agentforce agents for B2B marketing and sales use cases — configuring Agent Builder, Prompt Builder templates grounded in Data Cloud Unified Profiles  Build and support integrations between Salesforce, Data Cloud, Pardot, Qualtrics, 6sense, Openprise, AEM, and other enterprise marketing systems   Implement and enforce CASL, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM consent and privacy architecture — suppression management, contact-point consent models, opt-out workflows, and audit-ready compliance reporting.  Troubleshoot complex data quality, sync, integration, and deployment pipeline issues across BAU and LTC environments; partner with Marketing, Sales, Legal/Privacy, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.  Required Qualifications  6+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud or CDP platform engineering.  Expert hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud: Data Streams, DLO/DMO schema design and mapping, Identity Resolution rulesets, Unified Individual and Unified Account Profiles, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, Data Actions, and Activation Targets.  Salesforce development skills: Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Scheduled, REST/SOAP callouts), Lightning Web Components, and Flows.  Hands-on experience with Pardot / MCAE: engagement programs, lead scoring and grading, dynamic lists, automation rules, form handlers, and Salesforce connector sync management.  Experience with Agentforce: Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Topics and Actions, Atlas Reasoning Engine, and Einstein Trust Layer configuration.  Experience contributing to a Salesforce org migration or platform consolidation program — ideally involving Data Cloud, Pardot, or marketing automation components. Ability to work autonomously, own ambiguous problems end-to-end, and communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.  Required Certifications  Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II  Preferred Qualifications  Experience with CI/CD for Salesforce: SFDX, Git-based deployment pipelines, Copado or Gearset.  Experience with consent and privacy architecture — Salesforce Privacy Center, contact-point consent models, GDPR/CASL consent withdrawal, or equivalent CDP/CMP solutions.  Experience with Openprise, 6sense, Qualtrics, or AEM integrations in a B2B marketing context.  Familiarity with CRM Analytics or Datorama for marketing performance reporting.  Preferred Certifications  Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant (Pardot)  Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist  Salesforce Certified AI Associate  Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant    The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
