About the Role
In this position, the Resource Specialist – Scheduler plays
a vital role in the planning, scheduling, deployment, and coordination of
hourly staff across multiple client contracts. This role functions as a central
communication hub for operational activity, incident reporting, workforce
scheduling, and time and attendance management. Accuracy, adaptability, and
professionalism are critical to success in this position, as service delivery
depends on consistent and effective staffing coverage.

What You Bring
- Minimum
High School Diploma (post‑secondary education preferred)
- Minimum
two (2) years of related customer service or administrative experience
- At
least one (1) year of experience in an operations or call‑center
environment
- Experience
with labor planning, scheduling, dispatch, or communications (strong
asset)
- Strong
computer skills with advanced data entry experience
- Demonstrated
experience with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge
of provincial employment standards related to hours of work and overtime
- Previous
experience with time and attendance management tools
- Security
industry experience considered an asset
Physical Requirements
- Ability
to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability
to work at a computer and manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability
to communicate clearly and professionally for prolonged periods by phone
and computer
- Ability
to respond effectively in high‑pressure or time‑sensitive situations
Working Conditions
- Fast‑paced
operations and scheduling environment
- Casual
/ on‑call scheduling, 12-hour shifts, varying days and overnights
- Frequent
interaction with staff, clients, and management teams
- Other
duties may be assigned to meet evolving business requirements
