Work location will be split in three different locations including North Vancouver, Fraser and Victoria dr.
Salary based on experience and skills
A typical day:
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, and daily priorities for senior leadership
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including last-minute changes
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, action items, and follow-up communications
Support executive leadership with investor, shareholder, and stakeholder meeting coordination
Assist with operational projects, process implementation, and organizational initiatives
Maintain and reinforce internal systems, workflows, documentation standards, and naming conventions
Facilitate communication and coordination between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
Provide hands-on support during travel, meetings, training initiatives, and operational rollouts
Successful candidates will have:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar support role
Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive priorities
Experience supporting fast-paced leaders in dynamic, high-growth environments
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience coordinating projects, processes, or cross-functional initiatives
The ideal candidate will have access to reliable vehicle and should be comfortable working across multiple locations
Flexibility to travel (Canada and US) regularly and manage changing priorities with professionalism
