Senior CRM Program Manager – Lead Enterprise Dynamics 365 Transformation & Cloud Modernization Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the health industry in a hybrid work environment in MONTREAL, Quebec. We are seeking a Senior CRM Program Manager to lead a large-scale Dynamics 365 modernization and cloud transformation initiative. This highly visible role will oversee multiple project phases, production releases, data migration, systems integration, governance, vendor management, and user adoption efforts. The successful candidate will serve as the primary delivery lead across business and technology teams, driving stakeholder alignment and ensuring successful execution of a complex enterprise transformation program. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of a CRM modernization program Manage a multi-phase roadmap including migration, integrations, and cloud transformation activities Develop project plans, budgets, RAID logs, executive dashboards, and status reporting Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and executive stakeholder activities Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions Oversee data migration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities Requirements: Bring 10+ years of project or program management experience within complex enterprise environments Demonstrate 5+ years leading CRM implementation, migration, or modernization projects Deliver large-scale enterprise software transformation initiatives successfully Lead Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or comparable CRM transformation programs Apply strong governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and reporting practices Manage enterprise integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and cutover activities Total rewards: $100.00 - $105.00 hourly Initial 12-month engagement supporting a high-profile transformation initiative Primarily remote work model with limited onsite requirements Opportunity to lead a large-scale Dynamics 365 modernization program High executive visibility and cross-functional leadership exposure Work with enterprise CRM, cloud, and digital transformation technologies Soft skills: Build strong relationships with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams Communicate confidently and effectively with senior leadership audiences Drive stakeholder alignment and consensus across complex environments Influence decisions and manage competing priorities with diplomacy and professionalism This posting is for an active opening.
