Lead High-Intensity Duvernay Completions as a Frack Supervisor | Day & Night Shift Opportunities Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Frack Supervisor in the energy sector in Calgary, Alberta. We're seeking two experienced Frack Supervisors to oversee continuous hydraulic fracturing operations on a multi-well Duvernay pad. This is a highly specialised role for professionals who have previously worked on and run a frack crew before progressing into supervision. You'll lead critical treatment execution, make real-time operational decisions, and drive safe, efficient completion activities during a demanding 24-hour operation. What's in it for you: $130.00 hourly Earn a competitive all-in rate of $1,565 per day Work a focused approximately 18-day completion program Join a high-profile Duvernay multi-well pad development Choose a dedicated day-shift or night-shift assignment Take ownership of critical completion operations and decision-making Gain exposure to complex 15K plug-and-perf completion programs Responsibilities: Supervise all fracturing operations during shift, including treatment execution, rates, pressures, and stage performance Direct pressure pumping crews and service company personnel throughout the completion program Coordinate plug-and-perf activities with wireline and pressure control teams Make real-time operational decisions regarding screen-outs, pressure events, and equipment issues Lead safety meetings, red-zone management, and high-pressure iron control activities Complete detailed operational reporting and coordinate shift handovers with the opposing supervisor Requirements: Demonstrate hands-on experience working on and running a frack crew prior to moving into supervision Possess proven experience directly supervising fracturing operations, not solely site supervision Bring Montney and/or Duvernay completion experience with 15K plug-and-perf programs Hold valid Canadian well control certifications and standard industry safety tickets Commit to a fixed day or night shift rotation for the full project duration Exercise strong technical judgement and the authority to stop work when required This posting is for an active opening.
