  • What you'll need to have

    • Formal education in Architecture or Shop Design and 1 year of related experience, or minimum 3 years of related experience.
    • You have a deep knowledge of the Customer Decision Journey on and off line and new buying behaviour in omni channel.
    • You are energized by driving business growth and contributing to overall success of IKEA through creating an inspirational and emotional retail experience.
    • You influence and coach coworkers to innovate inspiring and relevant range presentation in retail spaces, making the customer journey an experience and thereby contributing to the success of the company.
    • You have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Store design or similar and delivering results and a comprehensive knowledge of tools such as Revitt.
    • You have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading and influencing partnerships.

    A day in your life with us

    • Plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable and commercial range presentation solutions supporting/improving the customer's Life at Home, reflecting a wide variety of styles and price levels and intended to exceed customer expectations.
    • Utilise global tools to apply local and national guidelines to visual merchandising, strengthening the IKEA brand.
    • Engage and collaborate with co-workers and relevant stakeholders to support process completion in a safe and cost conscious manner.
    • Develop own strengths, goals and objectives that are in line with personal growth, team goals and business objectives.
    • Support national and/or global projects.

    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 45,520 CAD to 67,540 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
