You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, building deep C-suite partnerships and influencing provincial-level digital health strategy. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets, including new workload migrations, net-new customer acquisition, and expansion of existing cloud footprint.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain executive-level relationships (CIO, CMIO, CDO, VP Infrastructure) within assigned accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor on cloud strategy and digital transformation.

Solution Selling: Partner with AWS Solutions Architects, Partner Solutions Architects, and Specialist teams to position AWS services (compute, storage, analytics, AI/ML, security) to solve healthcare-specific challenges such as EHR modernization, clinical analytics, population health, and health data interoperability.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting, event engagement, partner-sourced leads, and executive briefings.

Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate with AWS Partner Network — including ISVs, GSIs, and regional consulting partners — to deliver joint solutions and accelerate customer outcomes.

Deal Strategy: Lead deal qualification, commercial negotiations, Private Pricing Agreements.

Industry Expertise: Stay current on BC healthcare landscape, provincial digital health strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
