JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a talented, organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual able to perform electrical wiring and assembly. Supervise and maintain the electrical assembly shop.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job duties include but not limited to

•  Ensure implementation of production processes
•  Read electrical drawings and perform electrical wiring and assembly of control panels
•  Coordinate with production manager and electrical design team for any technical issues.
•  Collaboration with order entry team and documentation of each job.
•  Quality check of finished product, Point-to-point checking.
•  Keep the work area organized, cleaned and tidy.
•  Making sure that tools are stored away properly by end of each shift.
•  Identify shop needs, inventory check, shop supplies.
•  Accurate time entry of each job in the system
• Take safety measures, identify any hazard, follow OH&S procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•  Five-year hands-on experience in light assembly environment
•  Strong leadership qualities
•  Excellent communication, Time, and people management skills
•  Familiar with MS office, and basic project management tools
•  Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
