As Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership while helping shape the employee experience in a vibrant Toronto office. Working closely with founders and executive leaders across North America and Europe, you'll gain unique exposure to how a scaling technology company operates while playing a key role in keeping people, priorities, and projects moving forward.

Your Responsibilities
You'll manage complex calendars, inboxes, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities for three senior executives across multiple time zones
You'll prepare executive and leadership team meetings by coordinating agendas, briefing materials, action items, and follow-up activities
You'll support board and investor communications by coordinating content, presentations, and executive materials
You'll draft and edit internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership
You'll coordinate cross-functional projects and help translate strategic priorities into actionable team objectives
You'll act as the primary point of contact for the Toronto office, supporting employee experience, onboarding activities, vendor coordination, and team events
You'll provide operational support across HR, Finance, IT, and leadership initiatives as business needs evolve
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of Executive Assistant experience or comparable experience in operations, project coordination, office management, or a startup environment
Proven ability to support senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands
Strong written communication skills with experience preparing professional correspondence, presentations, and executive materials
Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Comfortable leveraging technology, AI tools, and modern workplace platforms to improve efficiency and workflows
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and create a positive office environment
