In this role, you'll work closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA professionals, vendors, and business partners to design and implement enterprise solutions that enhance customer engagement and support business growth. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of modern integration initiatives while ensuring solutions meet technical, operational, and compliance requirements.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution specifications.
• You'll design and support API integrations, application interfaces, and middleware solutions that align with enterprise standards.
• You'll coordinate integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure appropriate test coverage across solutions.
• You'll investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, recommend priorities, and support timely issue resolution.
• You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, developers, architects, and operational teams to deliver successful technology solutions.
• You'll produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, requirements, testing artifacts, and implementation documentation.
• You'll provide production implementation support, operational guidance, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, solution design, and enterprise application implementation.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting APIs and system integrations across multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, testing coordination, and technical documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integrations, interfaces, and transaction-processing environments.
• Experience with loyalty, rewards, or other high-volume customer platforms is considered a strong asset.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture, Kafka, publish/subscribe messaging, microservices, or cloud-native integration solutions is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
