Your Responsibilities
You'll perform revenue reconciliations, investigate complex variances, and ensure the accuracy of high-volume financial transactions
You'll prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting analyses
You'll participate in month-end and year-end close activities while supporting internal and external audit requirements
You'll collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners to resolve ERP interface issues, support system enhancements, and validate new processes
You'll analyze general ledger accounts, prepare management reporting, and identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls
You'll provide backup support for revenue accounting activities and contribute to special projects, testing initiatives, and continuous process improvements
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of progressive accounting experience at the intermediate or senior accountant level
CPA designation or advanced progression through the CPA PEP program is required
Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and full-cycle accounting responsibilities
Strong revenue reconciliation, account analysis, and problem-solving experience within a complex accounting environment
Experience working with ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA is preferred, although other ERP platforms will be considered
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis
Strong analytical, investigative, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, supportive finance team
