As a Vendor Management Office Analyst, you'll play an important role in ensuring vendor operations, governance, and financial processes run efficiently while providing the insights leaders need to make informed decisions.
Working closely with technology teams, finance, procurement, legal, and external partners, you'll help strengthen vendor relationships, improve reporting, and support continuous process improvements. Your Responsibilities
You'll support vendor governance activities by maintaining accurate data, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
You'll develop KPI dashboards, executive-ready reports, financial analyses, and demand forecasts that support business planning and leadership decisions.
You'll manage invoice validation, reconciliation, purchase order administration, and purchasing activities while resolving billing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments, service levels, and key performance indicators, identifying risks and supporting corrective action plans.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support resource planning, governance reviews, vendor assessments, and ongoing operational excellence initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, IT sourcing, or a related analytical or operational role.
Experience working with vendor management and procurement platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, Ariba, and/or Workday.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Experience preparing executive-level reporting, dashboards, presentations, and financial analysis.
Understanding of technology vendor environments, vendor governance, procurement processes, and demand or capacity planning.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
