Your Responsibilities
You'll provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktop, mobile, and remote users, resolving hardware, software, and application issues
You'll administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, including user provisioning, licensing, access management, and basic PowerShell administration
You'll coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, preparing devices, configuring accounts, enrolling endpoints in Intune, and securing user access
You'll support SaaS platforms by managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating vendor escalations when required
You'll assist with network, server, and deployment activities, including device imaging, infrastructure support, and technical rollouts
You'll maintain accurate IT asset records, create technical documentation, and contribute to testing and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a professional environment
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Windows environments
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, with familiarity supporting desktop and mobile devices
Experience using service management platforms such as Jira Service Management
Exposure to basic networking concepts, Windows Server administration, and PowerShell scripting. Ubiquiti experience is considered an asset
Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
