Salary: From 75000 to 91000
 
Location: Hybrid working in Kamloops, 2-3 days per week in office. 
Travel: This role considers candidates in Kamloops and Vancouver. If based in Kamloops, quarterly travel to Vancouver is required.
Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
Duration: Full-Time Contract, 12 months with possibility for extension 
Background Check Requirement: Criminal record check and professional references

Working closely with the Chief People Officer and People & Culture leadership team, you will be a trusted partner responsible for ensuring seamless executive operations, managing competing priorities, and facilitating effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief People Officer, including calendar management, correspondence, travel coordination, and expense administration
• You’ll coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
• You’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, board members, and internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion
• You’ll manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• You’ll support event planning, records management, document administration, and departmental coordination activities
• You'll Gather, organize, and prepare information for reports, business plans, operational documents, presentations, and executive communications
• You'll support records management, document administration, and SharePoint organization to ensure information is accessible and well maintained
• You'll coordinate travel arrangements and schedules, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• You'll provide administrative and coordination support across the broader team as required

Skills and Qualifications
• 5-7 years of progressive administrative experience, including at least 5 years supporting senior executives in a complex organizational environment
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting business planning, budgeting processes, procurement, invoicing, and project coordination activities
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, expense administration, audit processes, records management, and executive reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with travel and event planning, project execution, and Concur or SuccessFactors is considered an asset
• Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and other business documentation
• Experience with SharePoint or the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
