Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of benefits programs across multiple international regions. Working closely with executives, HR partners, vendors, and newly acquired organizations, you will play a key role in evaluating, integrating, and optimizing benefits programs while ensuring compliance and consistency across a decentralized global portfolio.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the global benefits strategy and administration across multiple regions, ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives
• You’ll partner directly with CEOs and leadership teams of newly acquired organizations to assess, evaluate, and integrate benefits programs during post-acquisition activities
• You’ll oversee and manage relationships with global brokers, consultants, benefits providers, and regional vendors, ensuring accountability and service excellence
• You’ll collaborate closely with payroll, HR, finance, and legal stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience across jurisdictions
• You’ll guide and develop a small benefits team, providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight
• You’ll monitor regulatory developments and market trends across global regions to support informed decision-making and risk mitigation

Skills and Qualifications
• 6+ years of progressive benefits experience within global or multinational organizations
• Demonstrated experience managing international benefits programs, with strong knowledge of European markets required
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including benefits due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition transitions
• Proven ability to manage and influence external vendors, brokers, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working directly with executive leadership, including CEOs and senior business leaders
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance, governance, and employee experience across multiple jurisdictions
• Exposure to India and Pakistan benefits programs is considered a strong asset
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms such as BambooHR, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, or similar systems is preferred
