We are currently seeking Monitoring Officers to
support operations within a Client Security Operations Centre. This
respected, high responsibility role is essential in ensuring safety, security,

About the Role
In this position, you will monitor security cameras and
alarm systems within a centralized Security Operations Centre, identifying and
assessing real-time incidents. You will respond to alerts, coordinate with
emergency services and security personnel, and ensure all situations are
handled professionally and in accordance with established procedures. This role
requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to remain
focused in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

What You Bring
- Valid
Alberta Security License
- Valid
First Aid & CPR Certification
- Minimum
seven (7) years of residency in Canada (required for enhanced security clearance)
- Strong
English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency
with Microsoft Office and ability to learn monitoring systems quickly
- Excellent
attention to detail, situational awareness, and decision-making skills
- Ability
to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness
to train in additional security functions as needed

visual attention for monitoring multiple screens
- Ability
to respond quickly to alarms and changing situations
- Capacity
to maintain alertness during overnight shifts
