Job Title: Business Systems Analyst 
Location: Remote
Duration: Immediately to March 31, 2027
Security Clearance: Secret
Hourly rate: $55-$65 per hour

Support the design of a new enterprise IM/IT solution with strong analytics and integration capabilities

Collaborate with federal stakeholders on high-impact public sector initiatives

Your Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and contribute to development of technology solutions and strategies

Support the design and implementation of financial and project portfolio management systems

Work with stakeholders to define requirements, challenges, and solution approaches

Contribute to governance, policy, and process improvements aligned with TBS standards

Assist in developing integrated IT solutions leveraging Azure, SQL Server, and analytics tools

Support development of an enhanced operating model for asset and investment management

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (5 years within Government of Canada)

Recent experience delivering financial and project portfolio management solutions

Minimum 5 years analyzing and contributing to technology solutions, frameworks, and strategies

Minimum 5 years working with Microsoft Azure and/or SQL Server platforms

Experience working in secure Government of Canada (Protected B) environments

Assets
Experience with application architecture and design within Government of Canada

Experience working in Agile environments

Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis capabilities

Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, WET)

Experience with M365 portals, Power BI, and integrated digital services solutions
