About the Role

In this customer service guard role, you will support daily operations by:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and guests with professionalism and courtesy
• Verifying credentials and supporting secure access control procedures
• Answering and routing phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
• Managing visitor logs, badges, and associated administrative tasks
• Providing general information and support to internal teams and external guests
• Maintaining an organized, orderly reception environment
• Upholding site security and confidentiality standards at all times

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have:

• A valid Alberta Security Guard License
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A minimum of seven years of residency in Canada (required for enhanced security clearance)
• High fluency in English, both oral and written
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
• Strong conflict‑management abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures
