About the Role
In this customer service guard role, you will support daily operations
by:
- Greeting
and assisting visitors, employees, and guests with professionalism and
courtesy
- Verifying
credentials and supporting secure access control procedures
- Answering
and routing phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Managing
visitor logs, badges, and associated administrative tasks
- Providing
general information and support to internal teams and external guests
- Maintaining
an organized, orderly reception environment
- Upholding
site security and confidentiality standards at all times
What You Bring
Successful candidates will have:
- A
valid Alberta Security Guard License
- Current
First Aid and CPR certification
- A
minimum of seven years of residency in Canada (required for enhanced security clearance)
- High
fluency in English, both oral and written
- Strong
time‑management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks
- Proficiency
with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Excellent
customer service skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
- Strong
conflict‑management abilities
- High
attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures
Working Conditions
