Production Operator

Pay Rate: $23.43/hr to Start

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery
• Work safely at all times and follow plant safety and food safety procedures
• Conduct routine cleaning tasks to maintain production equipment and work areas
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Monitor product quality and conduct quality checks
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Skills/Experience Required

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours

Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $24.46/hr to Start

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Load, unload, and transport finished goods and materials throughout the facility
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Conduct routine forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage
• Supply production lines with raw materials
• Transfer finished product to storage areas
• Conduct scheduled line sanitation
• Assist production lines as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Education/Skills/Experience Required

• Previous forklift or heavy equipment experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support various tasks
• Ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently
