About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide direct support to the Executive Director and ensure the smooth coordination of meetings, events, support projects and perform day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping people and projects running effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings such as preparing agendas, take minutes, manage logistics, and follow up on action items.

  • Plan, assist and support organizational events and projects ensure tasks move forward smoothly.

  • Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely communication across different teams

  • Serve as a primary contact for inquires directed to the Executive Director’s office

  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 3+ years of administrative experience

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills with a professional client-focused approach

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

  • Competitive base salary in the range of $55,000-$65,000, based on experience

Compensation for this position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant education, certifications, experience, skill set, and overall alignment with the role. The salary range listed is intended as a guideline and may be adjusted based on individual qualifications and business needs.
