Now Hiring: Night Shift Warehouse Gatekeeper! Agilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Gatekeeper in the Transportation Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys a challenge, takes pride in being dependable, and stays focused during overnight hours. As the first point of contact for drivers, staff, and visitors, the Gatekeeper plays a key role in maintaining security, safety, and smooth site operations throughout the night. We offer: $18.00 - $19.00 hourly Weekly Payroll 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 rotation Responsibilities: Monitor and control access at the warehouse gate Check in and out drivers, employees, and visitors Verify identification and maintain accurate entry/exit logs Monitor site activity and report any irregularities Review billing documents and related records to ensure accuracy and completeness; identify and obtain missing or corrected information as needed Accurately record all incoming and outgoing freight within the system Coordinate and dispatch trucks according to operational requirements Audit, verify, and close units within the operations system in a timely manner Requirements: Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is considered an asset, but is not required Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and able to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently in a fast paced, constantly changing environment Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area in compliance with established rules and procedures Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately read labels, codes, and small print, including long numbers Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks while also working effectively as part of a team Must have a clean criminal record This posting is for an active opening.
