Total compensation: $79.50 - $100.00 hourly Incorporated Hourly Rate A typical day: Lead ERP project delivery using Agile practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program outcomes Partner with the Program Manager to enable integrated program and project management across all workstreams Coordinate and oversee cross functional and technical teams to drive collaboration, clear communication, and disciplined execution Manage end to end ERP delivery across functional and technical design, build, testing, data migration, deployment, and change management Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery Facilitate ERP status meetings and Agile ceremonies, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and effective stakeholder and executive communication Successful candidates will have: Proven experience implementing or enhancing ERP systems, ideally in complex environments Strong project management experience using Agile methodologies Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple workstreams effectively Strong communication and people skills, enabling effective influencing, critical thinking, and problem solving across functional, technical, and leadership teams This posting is for an active opening.
