What You’ll Do
As a Workplace Conduct Investigator, you will conduct thorough employment investigations across the Alberta Public Service. You will investigate matters in relation to the Respectful Workplace Policy (RWP), misconduct, Code of Conduct, information security breaches, and more. You will be responsible for gathering facts, making conclusions and coming to findings through analysis against relevant policies. Your work will directly inform key employment decisions and provide valuable information to leaders to effectively manage the workforce. The work done by this position is instrumental in upholding healthy and respectful work environments across the Government of Alberta.

Minimum recruitment standard: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or Legal Studies, Criminology or Sociology, Industrial Relations, or Public Administration, plus two years of related experience.
