Logistics & Materials Technician (Healthcare Operations)
Location: Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon (On-site across multiple locations)
Language: Strong written and verbal English communication required
Duration: 5 Weeks
Schedule: Rotational 12-hour shifts (days, evenings, weekends). On-call style scheduling with minimum shift requirements.
Background Check Requirement: Criminal background check and compliance screening required prior to start

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll receive, inspect, and track inventory to ensure accuracy and readiness
- In this role, you’ll prepare and assemble supply kits for operational use
- You’ll clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment following strict protocols
- You’ll conduct inventory counts, audits, and replenishment activities
- You’ll perform basic equipment checks, minor repairs, and maintain detailed logs
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, materials handling, or production environments
- Hands-on experience with inventory control and shipping and receiving processes
- Comfortable working in safety-sensitive, regulated environments with PPE and compliance protocols
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid Class G driver’s license
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, lab, or food processing environments is an asset
