Salary: From 21.00 to 24.00 per Hour
 

Our client in Cambridge is seeking a Warranty Claims Analyst to join their team. The Warranty Claims Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, processing, and managing claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and providing support to the claims resolution process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process incoming claims, ensuring they meet all necessary criteria for approval.
  • Analyze and assess claims data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify any discrepancies or potential issues with claims and work with the relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Verify that claims are in line with company policies, legal standards, and insurance contracts.
  • Track and manage claims through all stages of the process (from submission to resolution).
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
  • Communicate with claimants, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to gather necessary information or to provide updates on claims status.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to claims processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in claims management or a related field, with a strong understanding of claims handling processes.
