Your Responsibilities
- You’ll translate complex problems into intuitive, accessible design solutions aligned with user and business needs
- In this role, you’ll support end-to-end design phases including discovery, ideation, prototyping, and testing
- You’ll facilitate discovery sessions and content mapping workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- You’ll collaborate closely with UX researchers to validate concepts and refine designs based on user feedback
- You’ll contribute to design standards and ensure consistency across digital products and platforms
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in UX design within digital product environments
- Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Excellent communication skills with a user-first mindset
