Reporting to the Visitor Services Supervisor, the Visitor Services Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to visitors, event organizers, and stakeholders at Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park. As part of a dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact for guests—providing information, processing pass and ticket sales, and coordinating bookings for biathlon facilities and group use. You’ll also support a range of administrative and office functions that keep centre operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to stay organized, multitask, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with attention to detail; experience with point-of-sale systems and office software is an asset.
