This Junior Marketing Coordinator role is perfect for an early-career professional who wants real exposure to event marketing, digital campaigns, and creative execution. You’ll work on exciting placemaking initiatives, support large-scale events, and produce marketing assets that are seen across Toronto and beyond. Total rewards: $25.00 - $30.95 hourly Real ownership of marketing assets and event campaigns Hands-on experience with digital ads, design, and events Exposure to a fast-paced, professional corporate environment Creative freedom within established brand guidelines Opportunity to build a diverse marketing portfolio Collaboration with experienced marketing and communications leaders Hybrid work model (mostly in-office, Fridays WFH) 5 Month Contract opportunity with a possibility of extention based on performance. Duties: Execute marketing plans for events, including digital and print assets Design and resize creative assets for social, ads, email, and events Support organic and paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager Coordinate event marketing logistics, vendors, and print production Assist with onsite events, including setup, teardown, and content capture Draft short, engaging copy aligned to brand tone and voice Manage marketing files, approvals, and asset organization Support basic reporting, documentation, and administrative coordination You bring: 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) Understanding of digital and social media marketing fundamentals Strong organization and project coordination skills Creative mindset with high attention to detail Comfortable working in a corporate, people-focused environment Ability to adapt to flexible hours for events when needed Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow This posting is for an active opening.
