Agilus is recruiting for a Property Administrator in the Real Estate Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick.

$28.00 - $30.00 hourly

A typical day:
Process monthly rent, EFT/PAD payments, and monitor arrears
Complete recurring monthly billings and tenant charges
Code and process invoices in accounting systems
Assist with property budgets, reconciliations, and accruals
Prepare statements of account, RANs, and tenant correspondence
Maintain tenant, contractor, and utility records
Support rent roll reviews and lease abstract accuracy
Handle service requests and coordinate contractors as needed
Successful candidates will have:
Previous administrative or office support experience
Exposure to accounts payable and/or accounts receivable (asset)
Strong Microsoft Office Skills and confidence working with data
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Comfort learning new systems and processes
