Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a UKG Pro Workforce Management Support Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted subject matter expert, supporting enterprise clients with complex workforce management needs while ensuring systems are optimized, compliant, and delivering real business value.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide post-production support for UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions, resolving system issues and responding to user inquiries
• You’ll configure and maintain complex pay rules, scheduling logic, and workforce policies including unionized environments
• You’ll troubleshoot and resolve system challenges, collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver effective solutions
• You’ll deliver user training, create documentation, and support adoption of new features and best practices
• You’ll analyze system performance and user data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting UKG solutions, including Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions
• Strong expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management, including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling
• Experience configuring complex rules, accruals, and unionized workforce requirements
• Background in integrations and data analysis, including tools such as BOOMI
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
