Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator (4-day work week)

Your Responsibilities
- You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including accounts payable and receivable
- You will perform monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, and program activity
- In this role, you will support month-end processes and maintain accurate financial records
- You will coordinate client programs, tracking activity, results, and qualifications
- You will prepare reports, lists, and support mailing and administrative coordination
- You will collaborate with team members to meet deliverables and improve operational workflows
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in bookkeeping and operations or administrative support
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data management
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
